FULL COMMITTEE MARKUP POSTPONEMENT NOTICE

Opening statements for the Energy and Commerce Committee Markup on H.R. 702, to adapt to changing crude oil market conditions and H.R. 8, the North American Energy Security and Infrastructure Act of 2015 have been rescheduled for Thursday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building. The committee will consider the legislation upon conclusion of the opening statements.as they are posted.
