Walden Previews #SubCommTech Hearing Slate

WASHINGTON, DC - House Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR) today previewed a number of topics to be examined by the subcommittee in the coming weeks. Highlights include oversight of the Federal Communications Commission, the economic impacts of the FCC’s net neutrality rules, and a hearing on broadband infrastructure.

“We’ve got a full plate: Fall highlights include FCC oversight, taking a closer look at how the commission’s net neutrality rules impact our fragile economy, as well as what can be done to foster continued deployment of broadband networks," said Walden. “Consumers win all around with better services and a more efficient FCC. Our important work to create jobs and grow the economy continues."
