Chairman Upton: “The Charade is Officially Over”

WASHINGTON, DC - Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI) issued the following statement in response to President Obama’s formal rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline:

“The charade is officially over and we now know, despite seven years of bluster, increasing energy security and job creation is not a top priority for this administration. It’s sad day for American workers."
