WASHINGTON, DC - The House of Representatives this week said #Yes2Energy and approved H.R. 8, the North American Energy Security and Infrastructure Act, a bill aimed at modernizing America’s outdated energy policies written during a time of energy scarcity. The House also passed Energy and Power Subcommittee Chairman Ed Whitfield’s (R-KY) two resolutions to keep electricity affordable and reliable. Committee members have rallied around the common goal of modernizing our energy infrastructure, maximizing our energy potential and energy security, and saying yes to energy and yes to jobs.
