WASHINGTON, DC - #Ride4Gabe 2016 is underway on the #Path2Cures all the way from Maine to Alabama. Following yesterday’s start in Maine, the cyclists on Day 2 picked up where they left off and departed Lewiston, Maine, before sunrise today. Over the course of the day, they’ll cross through the rest of the state, before entering New Hampshire, and crossing the Vermont state line before calling it a day.
Today’s route is marked in red.
“We’re off to a roaring start," said Michael Staley, one of the cyclists participating in the #Ride4Gabe. “We are encouraged by the remarkable support we’ve received in New England and look forward to continuing to meet new faces and voices in this critical effort. Together on the #Path2Cures we are going to make a real difference for Gabe and kids just like him. It’s time for #CuresNow to #EndDuchenne."
