WASHINGTON, DC - The Energy and Commerce Committee’s Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA), today announced that the Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016 hearing entitled, “Volkswagen’s Emissions Cheating Settlement: Questions Concerning ZEV Program Implementation," has been postponed.
