WASHINGTON, DC - Tomorrow, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR) will deliver keynote remarks at the Washington Examiner’s “Examining Opioids" breakfast event.

Over the last several months, Energy and Commerce has led a two-track push to combat the opioid crisis. Chairman Walden will discuss that effort, as well as the path ahead.

This week, the House began two weeks of consideration on bipartisan efforts to combat the opioid crisis. As part of that effort, 26 Energy and Commerce Committee bills have been passed so far this week.
