WASHINGTON, DC - Energy and Commerce Committee Republican Leader Greg Walden (R-OR) released the following statement after the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Administrator David Redl announced his resignation:

“No one understands the intricacies of spectrum and communications policy better than David Redl. At the NTIA he represented the U.S. effectively in the international arena and here at home helped clear the way for better uses of spectrum that drives our economy and American innovation."
