Communications & Technology Subcommittee Announces Hearing on Spectrum

Washington, D.C. - Energy and Commerce Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) and Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Mike Doyle (D-PA) announced today that the Communications and Technology Subcommittee will hold a hearing on Tuesday, July 16, at 10:30 am in room 2322 of the Rayburn House Office Building on spectrum policy. The hearing is entitled, “Our Wireless Future: Building A Comprehensive Approach to Spectrum Policy."

“Congress has a critical role to play in crafting spectrum policy and facilitating America’s 5G future," said Pallone and Doyle. “We must ensure that consumers are protected and that thoughtful policy choices are made. This hearing will explore how we can best do both."
