E&C Announces Additional Details on Budget Hearing with EPA Administrator Michael Regan

Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) and Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee Chairman Paul Tonko (D-NY) announced additional details today on the fully remote hearing the Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee will hold on Thursday, April 29, at 11 a.m. (EDT). The hearing is entitled, “The Fiscal Year 2022 EPA Budget." Last week, the two Committee leaders announced that EPA Administrator Michael Regan will testify.

This hearing will be conducted remotely via Cisco Webex video conferencing. Members of the public may view the hearing via live webcast accessible on the Energy and Commerce Committee’s website. Please note the webcast will not be available until the hearing begins.
