Washington, D.C. - Republican Leader of the Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee David B. McKinley (R-WV) is hosting a forum today on the harmful impacts the Biden administration’s environmental agenda entitled: “Mounting Costs: The Real Harm of the Biden Administration’s Environmental Agenda on the American People and the Economy."
The forum will examine the harmful impacts that the Biden Administration’s radical environmental policies will have on the American people and the economy. These impacts include increased electricity rates, increased manufacturing costs, and the loss of state and local tax revenue. The forum will focus on policies like the accelerated transition to weather-dependent resources for the grid, electric vehicle mandates, and the use of regulations and executive actions to eliminate fossil fuels from the U.S. energy mix.
