“Alex Hoehn-Saric is an excellent choice to serve as the next Chair of the Consumer Product Safety Commission. He has played a pivotal role in the Committee’s oversight of the CPSC and industry regarding the safety of consumer products.

“I’m certainly going to miss Alex’s counsel and leadership on the Committee, but I look forward to continuing to work with him as he prepares to lead the CPSC.
