“It is with sincere regret that I offer my condolences to the family, friends, and staff of Representative Donald Payne. For more than two decades, Donald served the men and women of his New Jersey district with honor and integrity. He was a valued member of the Education and the Workforce Committee, and we will miss his contributions to the debate over how to best support our nation’s students, workers, and job creators."
