**Malinda Mumaw was Captured on April 11, 2019**

Martinsburg, WV - The U.S. Marshals Service Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a fugitive wanted by the Berkeley County Probation Department.

The U.S. Marshals fugitive task force is assisting the Berkeley County Probation Office in locating Malinda Mumaw, 31, of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Mumaw is wanted for violating the conditions of her state probation. Mumaw was charged and convicted of distribution of heroin and cocaine.

Mumaw’s aliases include Malinda Snuffer and Mindy. Mumaw may be staying in Maryland or the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
