ADVISORY: Oversight Subcommittee to Examine JOBS Act Implementation

Washington, DC - The House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on TARP, Financial Services, and Bailouts of Public and Private Programs will hold two hearings this week examining the implementation of portions of the JOBS Act to ensure the proper elimination of government barriers to small business capital formation and growth. The first hearing entitled, “The JOBS Act in Action: Overseeing Effective Implementation That Can Grow American Jobs" will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26th in 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.

The second hearing on Thursday, June 28th entitled, “The JOBS Act in Action Part II: Overseeing Effective Implementation of the JOBS Act at the SEC" will examine the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s implementation of portions of the JOBS Act.
