Readout of Deputy Secretary Graves’ Meeting with Brazilian Deputy Minister of Economy for Foreign Trade and International Affairs Roberto Fendt

Today, Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves met with Brazil’s Deputy Minister of Economy for Foreign Trade and International Affairs, Roberto Fendt, to discuss the Department of Commerce’s upcoming Trade Mission to Brazil in May and follow up on the recent special session of the U.S.-Brazil CEO Forum.

Deputy Secretary Graves and Deputy Minister Fendt also discussed ways in which both countries can collaborate on trade facilitation, good regulatory practices and the Build Back Better World (B3W) initiative to further strengthen our bilateral commercial relationship.
