WASHINGTON -- The Senate Finance Committee hearing on U.S. Trade Agreements Compliance: International Dispute Settlement and Domestic Enforcement Measures will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, in room 215 Dirksen, rather than the originally scheduled time of 9:30 a.m.
