Finance Committee Releases Comments on S.1696, the Cultural Property Procedural Reform Act

WASHINGTON --The Senate Finance Committee today released the comments it has received on S. 1696, the Cultural Property Procedural Reform Act. The comments are available to view in Dirksen Senate Office Building Room 219, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Senate Finance Committee requested comments regarding S. 1696, a bill to amend the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act to improve the procedures for restricting imports of archaeological and ethnological materials.
