Committee Approves Coal Miner's Retirement Fund Legislation

WASHINGTON -- By a vote of 12 to 1 the Senate Finance Committee today approved the "Coal Miner and Widows Health Protection Act," legislation that would ensure funding for the United Mine Workers of America Combined Benefit Fund.
