WASHINGTON - Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) will convene a hearing on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, to consider a number of pending nominations. The hearing will take place at 10 a.m. in Room 215 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The following nominees are scheduled to testify:
* Eric D. Hargan, of Illinois, to be Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services, United States Department of Health and Human Services, vice William V. Corr, resigned;
* David Malpass, of New York, to be an Under Secretary of the Treasury, United States Department of the Treasury, vice D. Nathan Sheets; and
* Brent James McIntosh, of Michigan, to be General Counsel for the Department of the Treasury, United States Department of the Treasury, vice Christopher J. Meade, resigned.
