WASHINGTON - Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) will convene a hearing on Thursday, Feb. 15, to examine the administration’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget request for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
