WASHINGTON - Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), co-author of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, answered a series of commonly asked questions about the historic, bipartisan legislation. Grassley was the lead author of the recovery check, business tax, retirement tax and unemployment insurance provisions, as well as the Medicare and Medicaid policies.
