Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden, D-Ore., today released the following statement in reaction to reporting that cash payments to millions of Americans will be delayed in order to put Donald Trump’s signature on the checks:

“Donald Trump is further delaying cash payments to millions of Americans struggling to pay the rent and put food on the table to feed his ego. Only this president would try to make a pandemic and economic catastrophe all about him."
