Trade Policy Negotiations Continue

WASHINGTON, D.C. -Ways and Means Committee Chairman Charles B. Rangel and Ranking Member Jim McCrery issued the following joint statement on the status of trade policy negotiations:

“We remain in active discussions with the Administration and our fellow leaders in Congress on the issues surrounding trade policy and the pending trade agreements. We will continue to pursue agreement on these issues in the coming days because re-establishing a bipartisan foundation on trade policy is more critical than meeting a procedural deadline."
