WASHINGTON - Today, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) released the following statement after the House passed H.R. 1295, the Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015.

“All of these programs will strengthen America by promoting free enterprise around the world. They will strengthen our ties with our friends in the developing world, and they will create opportunity where it’s most needed. A lot of our committee members-from both sides of the aisle-worked together on this bill, and I’m proud to support it."
