Bill H.Res.1047 titled “Reaffirming the economic partnership between the United States and the Caribbean nations and recognizing the need to strengthen trade and investment between the United States and the Caribbean nations, our Third Border”. The bill is sponsored by Stacey Del. Plaskett with Earl Blumenauer, Dwight Evans, Gwen Moore, Linda Sánchez, Terri Sewell, Brad Wenstrup as cosponsors.
