President Obama Honors Outstanding Early-Career Scientists

National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) researchers Gretchen Campbell, R. Joseph Kline, and Ana Rey were named today among the 102 recipients of the Presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE), the highest honor bestowed by the United States Government on science and engineering professionals in the early stages of their independent research careers.

The winners will receive their awards at a Washington, D.C., ceremony in the coming year.
