DOS-DRL offers new grant application process starting March 9

The DOS Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor is offering a grant open from March 9 to April 29.

The grant could provide up to $900,000.

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects to defend the online freedom of expression of anticorruption activists, whistleblowers, and investigative journalists (&"anticorruption actors&" in Ukraine and Moldova by improving the security, reliability, and/or usability of relevant secure and anonymous communications tools to promote transparency and expose fraud, in line with Strategic Objective 5.2 & 5.3 of the 2021 National Strategy on Countering Corruption.
