The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a program that supports DRLs goal to better enable civil society and human rights defenders to promote and defend democracy and human rights through evidence-based advocacy.
