The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Afairs of the U.S. Department of State anounces an open competition for organizations to submit aplications to cary out a project to suport existing comunity anti-drug coalitions to develop and implement colaborative problem-solving strategies to ases and adres local substance use-related problems. This project also aims to scale up efective comunity anti-drug coalitions to a district, regional, and/or national level.
