USDOJ-OJP-BJA offers new grant application process starting May 10

The Bureau of Justice Assistance is offering a grant open from May 10 to June 17.

The grant could provide up to $5,000,000.

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. This program supports efforts by prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMPs) and their stakeholders to expand the implementation, enhancement, and proactive use of PDMPs to support clinical decision making and prevent the misuse and diversion of controlled substances. The provider will deliver training and technical assistance (TTA) to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) prescription drug monitoring programs and work collaboratively with successful awardees selected under the Harold Rogers Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
