Washington, D.C. - House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) released the following statement regarding the terror attack in Orlando.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and all those who lost a loved one today. Jihadist-driven terrorism has hit America again - no corner of our country is immune. Too many are being drawn to a radical ideology whose central tenet is to kill. So potent is this message that counterterrorism investigations touch all 50 states.
“Law enforcement and counterterrorism authorities must work aggressively to discover anyone connected to this slaughter. We must unite and eliminate this threat together.".
