McCaul Discusses War Crimes Legislation at CFR Event

Washington, D.C. - This week, House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul delivered remarks at The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

“This is unacceptable behavior and if there are any neutral nations left, shame on them. We all need to stand up against [Russia]…we did today in Congress in a very bipartisan fashion [with my Ukraine Invasion War Crimes Deterrence and Accountability Act]…" Rep. McCaul said. “[Putin] is a war criminal."
