HSGAC Advances DHS Secretary Nominee Alejandro Mayorkas

WASHINGTON - The Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee advanced the nomination of Alejandro N. Mayorkas to be Secretary of Homeland Security during a business meeting Tuesday. The nomination was reported favorably by a roll call vote of 7-4.
