U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo South Station, together with the Laredo Police Department, shut down a stash house yielding the apprehension of several undocumented individuals in south Laredo.
The incident occurred on May 22, when agents acted on a request for assistance from officers in regards to a suspected stash house on Market Street. Agents confirmed 63 undocumented individuals including several unaccompanied children inside the residence. They were identified as being from the countries of Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Mexico. All were medically screened before being processed accordingly.
