Debbie Ann Bernard, 40, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on Feb. 1, 2013, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine. Bernard conspired with others to distribute 96 ounces of methamphetamine. She was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. She received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Branden Glenn Hatton, 32, formerly of Evanston, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on Feb. 1, 2013, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Hatton was arrested in Tennessee. He received 18 months of imprisonment, to be followed two years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $400.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
