Michael Don Neely, 53, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on March 21, 2013, for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Neely was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 210 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $200.00 fine. Angel Hernandez-Escalante, aka Jose Gonzalez-Alvarez, 56, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl on March 15, 2013, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Hernandez-Escalante was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Serapio Alberto Casimiro-Ortiz, 25, of Guatemala, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Scott W.
