Henry, 35, of Alton, IL, was sentenced in federal district court in East St. Louis, IL, on Sept. 13, 2013, to 65 months in prison, to be followed by three years supervised release, a $100 special assessment, and fined $500, for unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, Stephen R. Afterwards, consent was given to the officers to search the premises. Five firearms were recovered during the search.
