Rosebud Man Acquitted Of Sexual Abuse

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Rosebud, South Dakota, man was acquitted of Sexual Abuse as a result of a federal jury trial in Pierre, South Dakota. The verdict was returned on Feb. 11, 2015.

Anthony Fast Horse, age 55, was indicted by a federal grand jury on March 13, 2012. The charges related to the alleged sexual abuse of a victim at Rosebud.

The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Attorney's Office prosecuted the case.
