New York Man Sentenced to 15 Years for Production of Child Pornography

Portland, Maine: United States Attorney Thomas E. Delahanty II announced that Paul Henry, 25, of Brooklyn, New York, was sentenced today in United States District Court to 15 years in prison followed by 5 years of supervised release for production of child pornography.

Court records reveal that on both January 25 and Jan. 26, 2014, Henry filmed himself on his iPhone engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year old girl. Henry then distributed one of the videos via a social networking application on his phone to multiple individuals.

The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations, the Portland Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
