CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - Clarksburg resident Antonio DeJesus, 28, originally of Delaware, was sentenced today to 46 months in prison for heroin trafficking, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced.
An investigation by the Clarksburg, West Virginia Police Department and the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, revealed that DeJesus conspired with others to possess and distribute heroin in Harrison County, West Virginia throughout August and September 2014.
DeJesus pled guilty in December 2014 to one count of “Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Heroin."
Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn Morgan prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
