Buffalo Man Sentenced On Heroin Charge

Assistant U.S. Attorney Mary Catherine Baumgarten, who handled the case, stated that on Sept. 18, 2012, the defendant sold four grams of heroin for $1,200 to an undercover officer at Massey’s residence on Taunton Place in Buffalo. On Sept. 24, 2012, Massey sold 3.2 grams of heroin to an undercover officer at a residence on Abbotsford Place in Buffalo, in exchange once again for $1,200.

The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge James J. Hunt, New York Field Division.
