Landenberg Man Charged with Illegal Reentry

Hector Cisneros-Ibarra, a/k/a “Hector Ibarra Cisneros," 38, of Landenberg, PA, was charged today by Indictment with illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about Oct. 22, 2014, Cisneros-Ibarra, an alien, and native and citizen of Mexico, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about May 5, 2006, July 6, 2006 and November 4, 2008.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of ten years.

The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (“ERO"), and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Mary Kay Costello.
