BOISE - Jeffery Anthony Arguello, 47, of Boise, Idaho, was sentenced today to 105 months for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a firearm, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. In the bedroom, investigators found another loaded magazine for the same firearm and a digital scale. Arguello was prohibited from possessing a firearm due to a previous felony conviction for providing false information in acquisition of a firearm.
