Two Men Sentenced For Their Roles In Drug Conspiracy

Assistant U.S. Attorney Laura A. Higgins, who handled the case, stated that between April 2015, and September 2015, the defendants conspired with Shaquata Hennings, Arthur Clark, Shahana Beaver, and Janice Humphrey, to ship, receive, and distribute more than 50 packages containing marijuana sent from Denver, Colorado, to Buffalo, New York. The defendants also conspired to send the cash proceeds from resulting marijuana sales back to their marijuana source of supply in Denver.

Shaquata Hennings, Shahana Beaver, Janice Humphrey and Arthur Clark have all been convicted.

The sentencings are the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of James J. Hunt, Special Agent-in-Charge, New York Field Division.
