Acting United States Attorney Robert C. Stuart announced that on Nov. 21, 2017, Michelle R. Schwab, 45, of Lincoln, was sentenced to 10 years (120 months) in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Following the prison term, Schwab will serve five years on supervised release.
Information provided to law enforcement indicated that Schwab was responsible for the distribution of at least 500 grams (approximately 18 ounces) of methamphetamine in the Lincoln area between Jan. 1, 2013, and May 15, 2016. In January of 2016, an undercover officer purchased a small amount of methamphetamine from Schwab.
This case was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Drug Task Force.
