Public hearing on proposed amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines concerning (1) implementation of the Bipartisan Budget Act as it relates to Social Security fraud offenses, (2) Tribal Court convictions and protection orders, and (3) eligibility for acceptance of responsibility sentence reductions for defendants who falsely or frivolously deny relevant conduct
