The United States Attorney’s Office announced that those persons listed below were arraigned before the U.S. Magistrate and the indictments handed down by the Grand Jury unsealed.
Appearing before U.S. Magistrate Johnston in Great Falls on Feb. 13, 2018 and entering pleas of Not Guilty were:
* DANIEL JAMES BLEVINS, a 41-year-old resident of Browning, appeared on charges of domestic abuse by habitual offender, and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. If convicted of the most serious charges contained in the indictment, BLEVINS faces 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and 3 years supervised release. The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. PACER Case Reference. 18-08
* COREY SADDLER, a 27-year-old resident of Box Elder, appeared on charges of assault resulting in serious bodily injury and assault with a dangerous weapon. If convicted of the most serious charges contained in the indictment, SADDLER faces 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and 3 years supervised release. * JAMES DANIEL SMALLBOY, a 23-year-old resident of Box Elder, appeared on charges of assault resulting in serious bodily injury and assault with a dangerous weapon. If convicted of the most serious charges contained in the indictment, SMALLBOY faces 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and 3 years supervised release. Appearing before U.S. Magistrate Cavan in Billings on Feb. 13, 2018 and entering pleas of Not Guilty were:
* JORDEN SAMUEL BUTLER, a 28-year-old resident of Billings, appeared on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a firearm. If convicted of the most serious charges contained in the indictment, BUTLER faces life in prison, $10,000,000 in fines and 5 years supervised release. * JEREMY ALAN CORKILL, a 34-year-old resident of Molt, appeared on charges of felon in possession of a firearm. If convicted of the charge contained in the indictment, CORKILL faces 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and 3 years supervised release. * GEORGE LOWRY WEEKS, a 45-year-old resident of Laurel, appeared on charges of felon in possession of firearm and ammunition. If convicted of the charge contained in the indictment, WEEKS faces 10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and 3 years supervised release.
