Freudenthal on March 12, 2018 for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Gonzales De-La Cruz. was arrested in Shoshoni, Wyoming. He received time served plus up to ten days to allow time for deportation proceedings and ordered to pay $100.00 in special assessment to be remitted upon deportation. DOMINGO JUAREZ-FRANCISCO, 32, of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D.
