Sentences

Chief Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl sentenced DIEUDLET JEAN-LOUIS, 25, of Miami, Florida on Dec. 12, 2018 for access device fraud conspiracy. Jean-Louis was arrested in Northwood, Massachusetts. He received twelve months and one day of imprisonment, to be followed by thirty-six months of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $164,627.00. The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the US Secret Service investigated this case.

Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal sentenced SAMUEL OLIVIER-BRAVO, 37, of Mexico on Dec. 10, 2018 for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Olivier-Bravo was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days to allow for deportation proceedings and ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. The US Department of Homeland Security Investigations investigated this case.

Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson sentenced ERIC JEFFERY REAM, Jr., 36, of Cheyenne, Wyoming on Dec. 11, 2018 for simple possession of methamphetamine, and felon and unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Eric Ream Jr. was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received forty-one months of imprisonment, to be followed by thirty-six months of supervised release. The Cheyenne Police Department investigated this case.
